North Dakota man accused of using yo-yo string to attack woman receives probation
BISMARCK, N.D. — A North Dakota man accused of attacking a lady with a modified yo-yo string acquired two years of probation, courtroom information present.

Derek Dillman, 32, of Bismarck, was sentenced on lesser felony expenses, The Bismarck Tribune reported. In a plea deal, Dillman pleaded responsible to felony expenses of aggravated assault, terrorizing and fleeing police, and misdemeanor counts of driving beneath suspension and trying to provide false data to police, the newspaper reported.
An tried homicide cost was dropped as a part of the plea deal, KFYR-TV reported.

In July 2021, police mentioned that Dillman wrapped the yo-yo string round a lady’s neck as she pulled into the parking zone of the Bismarck Police Division, in accordance with the Tribune. Dillman had deliberate to give up to police on excellent warrants, the newspaper reported.
If Dillman violates his probation he may very well be despatched to jail for 5 years, the Tribune reported.
