North Dakota launches high school transcript app – StateScoop

The North Dakota Division of Data Know-how has developed a digital pockets for highschool college students to share their transcripts with higher-education establishments and potential employers.

The company claims to be the primary to launch a state-developed digital credential publishing utility for top schoolers. The digital pockets is reside now to districts that allow it for pupil use, and was developed with funding from the Nationwide Middle for Schooling Statistics and Walmart.

To realize entry to their pockets, college students simply have to log into the state’s schooling portal.

Although designed for highschool college students, NDIT plans to develop it to incorporate grownup learners who wish to create expertise and schooling portfolios. A variety of credentials are already supported by the app, which aligns with Open Badges, a digital credential normal initially created by Mozilla Basis, and now managed by the IMS World Studying Consortium.
