North Dakota AARP opposes rate settlement with Xcel Energy – KVRR Local News

BISMARCK, N.D. (KVRR-KCND) – The North Dakota Public Service Fee has begun holding formal hearings on a pure gasoline fee enhance proposed by Xcel Power.

Xcel had proposed rising the month-to-month cost from $18.50 to $25.00. However in a settlement labored out with PSC employees, the cost could be $22.50.
