Man who died in North Dakota motorcycle crash identified

FLASHER, N.D. — Authorities have identified an Elgin, North Dakota man who died in a motorcycle crash south of Bismarck.

Harold Bless, 65, was driving a 2019 Indian Roadmaster motorcycle west on North Dakota Highway 21 when it overturned at 2:17 a.m. Friday, Aug. 18, about 7 miles east of Flasher, according to a news release from the North Dakota Highway Patrol. He was ejected from the motorcycle and died at the scene, state troopers said.

Bless was not wearing a helmet, according to the release.
