Man found dead in Mayville remembered as pillar of local car collecting community

MAYVILLE, N.D. (Valley Information Reside) – A small Northern Valley neighborhood is in shock tonight after an hours-long stand-off ended with one man lifeless Wednesday night.

Brokers from the North Dakota BCI and the Division of Homeland Safety had been serving a search warrant on a property at 239 Freeway 18 SE, and had been assisted by Grand Forks Police’s SWAT group, bomb squad, drone group and K9 items.
