Louie Owen III was born in Dickinson, ND on October 27, 1963, son of Louie and Mary (Monroe) Harm. He was raised in Killdeer and graduated from Killdeer Excessive Faculty in 1982. Louie enlisted with the US Navy in 1986 and served for six years. Following his honorable discharge, he returned to the Killdeer space the place he started his work within the oilfield and over the street trucking. In 2015, Louie made the transfer to Idaho the place he started working as a plumber and continued to reside till his passing. He was very pleased with his nation and was patriotic to the core. Louie loved tenting, fishing and something outdoor. He was additionally a talented carpenter. Louie is survived by his mother and father, Louis Jr. and Mary Harm; sister, Patty (Jon) Tebelius of Bowdon, ND; quite a few aunts and uncles.
