Letter: Most dogs fare better in North Dakota than some people

It is wonderful to see how many different breeds of dog that North Dakotans tolerate, and even shower with affection.

Why is it then that North Dakotans have recently elected so many GOP legislators who do not tolerate, and even shower with hatred, different breeds of people?
