BROOKINGS, S.D. — South Dakota State University announces Emma Rae Leppert of Edgeley, North Dakota, has graduated following the spring 2023 semester.

Leppert graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from SDSU’s College of Education and Human Sciences.
