Kansas man dead at the scene of two-vehicle crash near Minot

MINOT, N.D. – A Kansas man was killed in a two-vehicle crash south of Minot shortly earlier than midday Saturday, Could 6, the North Dakota Freeway Patrol reported.

A 32-year-old from Wichita, Kan., who had been driving a 2015 Infiniti Q45 sedan, was pronounced lifeless on the scene of the crash on Freeway 83, about 14 miles south of Minot.

Two girls and a juvenile feminine in a 2020 Toyota Highlander SUV, all of whom lived at Minot Air Pressure Base, suffered minor accidents, the Patrol report mentioned.

About 11:39 a.m., the Toyota was touring south on Freeway 83 close to mile marker 183, whereas the Infiniti was touring north.The Infiniti then turned to go west on Freeway 23, and the Toyota struck the Infiniti.
