North Dakota Stockmen’s Affiliation members elected 35-year member and Arnegard, North Dakota, cattleman Jason Leiseth because the group’s president on the NDSA’s 93rd Annual Conference and Commerce Present, “All In,” Sept. 24 in Bismarck.
