FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota farmer who had been jailed in Ukraine since November has been launched from custody, but nonetheless stays within the japanese European nation, Sen. John Hoeven mentioned.

Hoeven mentioned work continues with regard to “honest remedy and security” of Kurt Groszhans, who was arrested on prices he plotted to assassinate Ukraine’s then-agriculture minister, Roman Leschenko.
