A celebration of life for Grace Bach, 94, of Dickinson will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 3, 2023 at Our Redeemer’s in New England with Pastor Beth Parks officiating. Burial will follow at Rainy Butte Cemetery.

Grace passed away Friday, January 6, 2023 at Evergreen in Dickinson.

Grace was born on June 7, 1928 in New England, ND to Albert and Gunda (Boe) Erickson. She grew up on the family farm and graduated from New England High School in 1946. She met and married Archie C. Bach on September 8, 1946 at Our Redeemer’s Lutheran Church in New England. To this union two children were born, Bruce and Peggy. Grace enjoyed bowling, playing cards and yard work. Grace was a member of the New England’s Homemakers club, Our Redeemer’s Lutheran Church, Our Redeemer’s Quilters, New England Choir, American Legion Auxiliary, and The New England Senior Citizen Club. She also helped on the voting polls and assisted with the start of the New England Community Grocery Store.

Grace is survived by her children, Bruce (Corrine Austin) Bach of Maricopa, AZ, and Peggy Jalbert of Maricopa AZ; grandchildren, Jason (Kimberly) Bach, Krista Bach, Brandon (Connie) Jalbert, Mandy (Ferenc) Tshibangu; great-grandchildren, Conner, Brayden, Makaela, Austin, Victoria, Zackary, Remy, and Grace; and sister, Betty Huntley of Rochester, MN.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Archie; parents, Albert and Gunda; and siblings, Iola Braun, Clifford Erickson, Maynard Erickson, Richard Erickson and Darrell Erickson; and son-in-law, Darrell Jalbert.
