Five injured seriously in road washout crash near Lisbon, North Dakota
RANSOM COUNTY, N.D. (KFGO – The motive force and 4 passengers in an SUV have been critically injured when the automobile crashed right into a culvert washout on a rural street six miles southwest of Lisbon, North Dakota.
The State Patrol says the crash occurred shortly after 7 p.m. Wednesday on a bit of the washed-out street brought on by erosion from current heavy rains. When the SUV hit the washout, the entrance of the automobile struck the other embankment.
The motive force, 43-year-old Wesley Alinder, of Lisbon, and the 4 youngsters weren’t carrying seatbelts.
