75-year-old Mandan man dead in crash

MANDAN, N.D. (KFYR) – A 75-year-old Mandan man is useless after a crash on Freeway 1806/Mandan Avenue Saturday afternoon.

A spokesperson with the North Dakota Freeway Patrol mentioned Randy Spitzer was driving erratically down an I-94 exit ramp to Freeway 1806. He went by way of the intersection and right into a ditch on Freeway 1806.

Spitzer was ejected from his SUV and later died of his accidents. The crash is below investigation.
