University of Nebraska regent arrested for witness tampering charge pleads not guilty

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – College of Nebraska Regent Jack Stark pleads not responsible to witness tampering.

Jack Stark was arrested in August 2021 on a felony cost of witness tampering.

In accordance with court docket information, in August 2020, Stark was allegedly conscious that an investigation right into a prison matter was pending that may have a person near him testify. Stark is accused of telling the person to not testify.

Stark entered a written not responsible plea in Douglas County District Courtroom Friday.
