One of the top recruits in the class of 2024 is planning an official visit to Nebraska before making a final decision. Brandon Baker is a 5-star offensive tackle for Mater Dei High School out of Santa Ana, California.

Baker is currently ranked as one of the players in California and the No. 1 overall offensive lineman in the class of 2024. Adam Gorney, a National Recruiting Director for Rivals, reports that Baker is working on scheduling an official visit to Nebraska in the fall, and if that visit happens then Baker will push his announcement to December.

The prospect has already taken three official visits. He visited Ohio State, Texas, and Georgia in the month of June.
