New Acting U.S. Attorney named for District of Nebraska
OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A brand new Performing U.S. Legal professional was named Friday for the District of Nebraska.
Steven A. Russell is a profession prosecutor. He’ll change Interim U.S. Legal professional Jan Sharp who introduced his retirement earlier this month. He’ll serve on this place till a U.S. Legal professional is appointed by President Joe Biden.
Russell is a 1982 graduate of the College of Nebraska School of Legislation. He has been with the U.S. Legal professional’s Workplace since 1985 and presently serves because the District of Nebraska’s First Assistant United States Legal professional.
Previous to his work in Omaha, he labored in non-public apply and as a Deputy Corridor County Legal professional.
Russell is initially from Richmond, Indiana.
