Nebraska troopers cited over 300 drivers in speeding campaign

LINCOLN, Neb. (WOWT) – The Nebraska State Patrol wrapped up a statewide marketing campaign that ended with over 70 dashing citations.

From July 20-August 14 with different legislation enforcement, the Cease Dashing Earlier than It Stops You marketing campaign’s objective is to lift consciousness of dashing and improve police presence all through Nebraska in keeping with the discharge.

Officers say there have been 72 dashing citations for going at or over 100 mph and one other 364 dashing citations for going between 90-99 mph. Over 1,100 drivers helped throughout this marketing campaign.

The marketing campaign was successful partially resulting from a $20,000 grant from the Nebraska Division of Transportation – Freeway Security Workplace.
