LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — A 42-year-old Nebraska man has pleaded responsible to creating a number of threats in opposition to an election official in Colorado. Federal prosecutors introduced Thursday that Travis Ford, of Lincoln, posted a number of threats in August 2021 on an Instagram web page related to the official.

Prosecutors didn’t determine the goal of the messages however the U.S. Lawyer in Colorado stated the sufferer was from that state.

Prosecutors stated Ford additionally posted related threats on Instagram pages related to President Joe Biden and one other public determine, who was not recognized. Ford is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 6.
