Wildwood mayor announces plans to run for Missouri Senate seat

WILDWOOD, Mo. (KMOV) – The Mayor of Wildwood has introduced his plans to run for the Missouri Senate District 15 seat.

Jim Bowlin has been town’s mayor since 2016. His second time period within the place will finish in 2024.

“Crime is hitting everybody within the District and our State and Federal governments are spending an excessive amount of. This has resulted in greater prices for on a regular basis objects and it’s hurting our households,” Bowlin mentioned. “I’ll combat for higher transparency in any respect ranges of presidency, help legislation enforcement, punish criminals, and get rid of waste and abuse of Missourians’ tax {dollars}.”

Bowlin will run as a Republican for the seat at the moment held by Andrew Koenig. District 15 contains components of central, southwest and west St. Louis County.
