Missouri woman accused of leaving 4 dogs to die in hot car in Florida

NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. (AP) — A 25-year-old Missouri girl is accused of leaving 4 canine locked in a scorching automotive whereas she had lunch in a central Florida restaurant.

The lady, who was visiting from Gainesville, Missouri, was arrested Thursday on animal cruelty fees. New Smyrna Seashore police officers say she left a Goldendoodle, a boxer and two Goldendoodle puppies in her automotive with no air con and the home windows rolled up.

The lady informed investigators she checked on the canine as soon as through the meal. She remained within the Volusia County Jail on Friday morning. Bond was set at $10,000.
