Minnesota Aurora FC wins first match, 2-0 over Kaw Valley FC

Minnesota Aurora FC earned its first USL W League victory on Thursday — 2-0 over Kaw Valley FC on the Swope Soccer Village in Kansas Metropolis, Mo.

Jelena Zbiljic and Morgan Stone every scored targets for Aurora, which opened its season with a 1-1 draw with Inexperienced Bay on Could 26. Zbiljic scored within the fortieth minute and Stone within the 53rd minute.

“We had a whole lot of scoring alternatives on this sport and it positively felt good to benefit from two of them and put them away,” Aurora coach Nicole Lukic mentioned.

Goalkeeper Sarah Fuller recorded the shutout for Aurora (1-0-1).
