Man, woman charged with raping 13-year-old girl in central Minnesota

MINNEAPOLIS — A person and a girl from central Minnesota are charged with raping a 13-year-old woman final weekend. 

Jordan Freitag, 23, of Renville, is going through six counts of prison sexual conduct, paperwork filed in Renville County present. Kelsey Jones, 20, of Willmar, can be charged with aiding and abetting.
