Fargo man dies in crash with tractor in northwest Minnesota

MAHNOMEN, Minn. — A Fargo man has died after a collision on state Freeway 59 early Tuesday, June 7, when his Honda Odyssey collided with Freightliner tractor.

At about 7:37 a.m., Joshua James Kraft, 37, was driving a 2000 Honda Odyssey that crossed into the northbound lane and struck the left aspect of the Freightliner, in accordance with a press launch from the Minnesota State Patrol.

Kraft, who was not carrying a seat belt, died because of the crash.

The crash occurred on the northbound shoulder close to the intersection of Freeway 59 and 280th Road in Mahnomen County, in accordance with the incident report.
