Woman killed in Minneapolis I-35W crash identified
The sufferer of a deadly crash on I-35W in Minneapolis early Friday morning has been recognized.
The Minnesota State Patrol confirmed that Tia Miller, 39, of Crystal, was killed within the crash that was reported shortly after 4 a.m.
Miller was a passenger in a Dodge Durango that police say was northbound approaching Johnson Road when it left the interstate and rolled, coming to a relaxation on the shoulder.
The 21-year-old driver was not injured within the crash. It is nonetheless not recognized whether or not both of them have been carrying seatbelts, or if alcohol was an element within the crash.
The crash prompted the northbound interstate to be decreased to a single lane, with one other driver then crashing right into a MnDOT truck through the partial closure.
That driver is at the moment being held for suspected impairment.
