Man Sustains Life-Threatening Wounds In Northeast Minneapolis Stabbing

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A person has been taken to the hospital with what police are calling life-threatening wounds after being stabbed in Northeast Minneapolis in a single day.

Police say the stabbing occurred at about 2:15 p.m. on the five hundred block of East Hennepin Avenue.

Officers carried out medical support, sealing the person’s chest and making use of stress to the wound. He was not recognized by identify, however police say he’s 20 years previous.

Police say that the stabbing occurred amid a bodily battle.
