Somebody pulled off a prank which may have been soap-par for some Thursday morning, as a fountain positioned alongside Hennepin Avenue in downtown Minneapolis was overflowing with cleaning soap bubbles.

Deliver Me The Information noticed what smelled like laundry detergent from the fountain close to the intersection of Hennepin Avenue and S. 1st St.

It is unclear who’s chargeable for the soapy scandal.

“I used to be seeing white issues flying round however as I turned a nook, I giggled to myself in realizing what it was coming from,” a North Loop resident advised Deliver Me The Information. “Guess we may use some extra rain now!”

A metropolis spokesperson stated they’d “verify on it.”
