Milwaukee shootings: 8 injured in 8 incidents Saturday

Police are investigating seven shootings that left seven injured Saturday, August 6 within the metropolis of Milwaukee. 5 of these shootings occurred inside 70 minutes, police say. 

fiftieth and Nash

A 23-year-old Milwaukee man was shot close to fiftieth and Nash round 10:20 a.m. Saturday. He was taken to the hospital and is anticipated to outlive.

twenty second and Nationwide

A 40-year-old Milwaukee man was injured in a capturing close to twenty second and Nationwide round 12:40 p.m. Saturday. Police say he was taken to the hospital and is anticipated to outlive.

sixteenth & Mitchell

A 23-year-old Milwaukee man was shot round 7:40 p.m. close to sixteenth and Mitchell. He was taken to the hospital with severe accidents.

seventeenth & Scott 

Ten minutes later, only a half mile north, a 24-year-old Milwaukee lady was shot close to seventeenth and Scott and brought to the hospital round 7:50 p.m. She is anticipated to outlive, police say.

twenty fourth & Monroe

A 34-year-old Milwaukee man was injured round 8:20 p.m. Saturday close to twenty fourth and Monroe on the town’s north aspect. He was taken to the hospital and is anticipated to outlive.

twenty seventh and Lisbon

Twenty minutes later, a mile south, a 27-year-old Milwaukee man was shot close to twenty seventh and Lisbon. He was taken to the hospital and is anticipated to outlive. 

14th & Atkinson

A 43-year-old was shot round 8:50 p.m. close to 14th and Atkinson. Police say he was taken to the hospital and is anticipated to outlive.

Cesar Chavez and Washington

A 25-year-old Milwaukee man was injured in a capturing round 11:50 p.m. Saturday. Police say he was taken to the hospital and is anticipated to outlive.
