MILWAUKEE – A 15-year-old has been charged as an grownup with capturing and killing 16-year-old Javarius Fowler on the McDonald’s at forty ninth and Hampton on Could 7, 2022.
Fowler died on the scene. A 15-year-old, William Harrison, died on the hospital two days later.
Robert Johnson, then 14-years-old, was wounded within the capturing. He’s now charged with first-degree reckless murder.

In line with courtroom paperwork, Fowler, Harrison and Johnson exchanged gunfire contained in the restaurant. The paperwork state video of the capturing seems to indicate Johnson hearth the preliminary rounds towards Fowler and Harrison, and that Fowler then shot towards Johnson and Harrison.
Fowler was shot within the chest and decrease again; Harrison was shot within the head. Johnson was shot within the neck, arm pit, chest and groin.
