Van submerged in Southwest Michigan lake after brakes fail

VAN BUREN COUNTY, MI – A van ended up submerged in a lake after the brakes failed Sunday afternoon.

A 37-year-old man was backing a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan out of a non-public driveway when the van’s brakes failed round 12:54 p.m. April 24, the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Workplace stated.
