Stolen pickup crashes into West Michigan hair salon, causing gas leak
SPRINGFIELD, MI — A stolen pickup crashed right into a Battle Creek space hair salon early Friday, June 24, inflicting a big gasoline leak.
Calhoun County sheriff’s deputies mentioned the truck crashed into Nature’s Design Hair Salon, 257 N. twentieth Road in Springfield, about 9:15 a.m. Friday.
Deputies mentioned the pickup driver fled the scene. Nobody on the enterprise was injured.
Firefighters arrived to search out the truck had sheared off a pure gasoline line, inflicting a big leak.
Authorities closed North twentieth Road whereas Semco Vitality staff turned off the gasoline and repaired the road.
Police decided the pickup was stolen out of Battle Creek.
