State of play: The Russian journey ban applies to just about the whole Michigan delegation to Congress, together with Sen. Gary Peters and native Reps. Brenda Lawrence (D-Southfield), Debbie Dingell, (D-Dearborn), Rashida Tlaib (D-Detroit) and Fred Upton (R-St. Joseph).
- Two extra: Longtime former Michigan Rep. Sander Levin and son Andy Levin (D-Bloomfield Township), who took over his father’s district, are additionally banned.
The intrigue: Michigan’s different senator, Debbie Stabenow, doesn’t seem on the ban checklist.
- A request for remark from Stabenow’s workplace wasn’t returned.
