SAGINAW, MI — Saginaw’s Cruz Through Mexican Kitchen is now open and serving its award-winning tamales on Genesee.
The brand new restaurant, positioned at 2525 E. Genesee Ave., opened in Might and celebrated its grand opening in late June.
