Michigan SOS Jocelyn Benson to receive Presidential Citizens Medal
(CBS DETROIT) – Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson will obtain the Presidential Residents Medal, the nation’s second-highest civil award, on the White Home on Friday.
