College Baseball World Reacts To Michigan Cheating Scandal
Throughout Sunday’s Huge Ten event sport between Michigan and Iowa, Wolverines pitcher Willie Weiss was tossed for a “sticky substance” in his glove.
Weiss was ejected after simply 5 pitches, when umpires seen him rubbing his fingers on the glove between throws.
The school baseball world reacted to the growing Michigan scandal on Twitter.
“Michigan pitcher Willie Weiss ejected within the fifth inning with the Wolverines main 4-1,” tweeted Ryan Zuke. “Umpires threw him out after inspecting his glove, so it seems to be some kind of unlawful substance. Oh boy.”
