SAUGATUCK, MI – A lady was rescued after she had a medical emergency and fell in Lake Michigan.
A 78-year-old Illinois lady was on a paddle board or kayak when she had a medical emergency and fell into Lake Michigan at Oval Seashore in Saugatuck round 4:44 p.m., July 19, the Allegan County Sheriff’s Workplace mentioned.
Bystanders on the seashore pulled the lady from the water and began CPR as emergency providers had been contacted, police mentioned. They advised police the lady was underwater for one to 5 minutes.
Emergency medical providers had been capable of get a pulse and took the lady to an area hospital for additional therapy.
