Kansas moves to help survivors pursue child sex abuse claims
In the course of the Senate’s debate Wednesday, state Sen. Cindy Holscher, a Kansas Metropolis-area Democrat, talking in favor of the invoice, advised colleagues that when she was 5 years outdated, a person who typically labored on her household’s farm tried to sexually assault her in a barn.
