UPDATE: Jackson County Suspect Charged with First Degree Murder

MAQUOKETA, Iowa – Christopher Eugene Prichard, age 56, of Bellevue, Iowa, has been charged with First Diploma Homicide for the October 8, 2022, taking pictures demise of Angela Prichard.
