PURSUIT LEADS TO OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTING

Davenport, Iowa – On Sunday, October 30, 2022, at 2:50 am, a number of companies had been patrolling within the space of 5200 Grand Avenue. Officers initiated a visitors cease, however the driver didn’t cease. A pursuit was initiated and ended after the car turned inoperable within the space of Kimberly Street and Elmore Avenue. 

The occupants of the car fled on foot. In the course of the foot pursuit Officers exchanged gun fireplace with an occupant and in consequence the occupant was pronounced deceased on the scene.
