MÖTLEY CRÜE to headline Iowa State Fair Grandstand

DES MOINES, Iowa (KWQC) – Get ready to “shout” at MÖTLEY CRÜE because the 80s rock band is set to headline the Iowa State Fair Grandstand in August for the first time ever.

MÖTLEY CRÜE will take the grandstand on Wednesday, Aug. 14 at 8 p.m., according to a media release from promoters. Tickets will range in price from $60 to $125 and tickets will go on sale, Friday, Feb. 9 at 10 a.m. on the fair’s official website. Convenience charges apply to all tickets. Grandstand tickets do not include Fair admission. MÖTLEY CRÜE will also be joined by special guest Pop Evil.

Promoters say the 2024 Iowa State Fair Grandstand lineup is shaping up to be one for the history books. Tickets to Lauren Daigle with special guest Blessing Offor, Aug. 8, Foreigner with special guest Melissa Etheridge, Aug. 9, Jully Roll with special guest DAX, Aug. 10, Thomas Rhett, Aug. 13, NE-YO with special guest Eric Bellinger, Aug. 17, and the KIDZ BOP LIVE 2024 tour, Aug. 18, are already on sale.

The last four concerts will be announced in the coming weeks, promoters said.

Promoters remind concert goers that only iowastatefair.org and etix.com sell official online tickets for the Iowa State Fair Grandstand.
