Local, federal authorities seek man who cut off ankle monitor

IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – Legislation enforcement officers are notifying the general public of a person who was on pre-trial launch for tried homicide costs who has apparently reduce off his monitoring gadget.

Ali Younes, 19, was on home arrest together with his household in O’Brien County pending trial for costs of tried homicide, first-degree theft, and first-degree theft for an incident that occurred on April 25, 2022. Officers mentioned that Younes allegedly robbed and strangled an individual outdoors of Artwork Constructing West on the College of Iowa campus and was arrested lower than 24 hours later.
