Iowa woman killed in weather-related crash

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – An Iowa lady is useless after shedding management on slick roads Thursday morning.

26-year-old Lorraine Wuebker of Auburn, Iowa, hit an Worldwide semi truck on U.S. Freeway 71 at one hundred and fiftieth Road, north of Carroll, simply earlier than 6 a.m.

The semi, pushed by 64-year-old Edward Peterson of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was touring north on Freeway 71 when Wuebker’s 2007 Chevy Equinox crossed the middle line and hit it head-on.

Wuebker was pronounced useless on the scene.

The Carroll County Sheriff’s Workplace stated climate and highway situations probably contributed to the crash.
