Iowa State lands 4-star forward Momcilovic

Iowa State landed a dedication from 4-star ahead Milan Momcilovic, he announced Saturday.

The 6-foot-8, 205-pound recruit selected the Cyclones over Minnesota, UCLA, Michigan State, Virginia and Louisville. He is the second to decide to Iowa State’s 2023 recruiting class, becoming a member of 4-star guard Jelani Hamilton.

Iowa State coach T. J. Otzelberger led an almost year-long recruitment of Momcilovic, using his ties to Wisconsin — each he and Momcilovic are from the state.

247 Composite ranked Momcilovic because the No. 34 participant within the class and the second-highest recruit to decide to Iowa State within the 247 period. With the addition of Momcilovic, Iowa State’s recruiting class at the moment sits at No. 5 nationally.
