Iowa State football picks up commitment from junior-college edge Jefferson Adam
Iowa State soccer picked up a junior school dedication from Hocking School edge Jefferson Adam on Monday.
The 6-foot-5, 240-pound edge is ranked the No. 1 junior school product out of Michigan, No. 3 edge and No. 25 JUCO participant within the nation, in line with 247Sports Composite. Jefferson might compete for Iowa State within the 2023 season and has three years of eligibility remaining.
Jefferson racked up tons of gives from Division I applications. Along with Iowa State, he held gives from Ball State, Buffalo, Indiana, West Virginia, Akron, Alabama State, Alcorn State, Bowling Inexperienced, Butler, California, Delaware State, Jap Michigan, Incarnate Phrase, Massachusetts, Morgan State, New Mexico, Tarleton State, UT Martin, Western Kentucky, Western Michigan and Youngstown State.
He visited Iowa State on Jan. 20. Jefferson took further visits to Ball State, Buffalo, Indiana and West Virginia.
Hocking School posted a 6-3 report and Adam performed in all 9 contests. He recorded 17 complete tackles and eight.5 sacks within the 2022-23 season.
Matt Campbell’s 2023 class is ranked No. 51 nationwide.
