Iowa Pork Leadership Applications Due Nov. 30

CLIVE, Iowa—The Iowa Pork Producers Affiliation (IPPA) is in search of the following class of Iowans to affix the Iowa Pork Management Academy (IPLA). Develop your management expertise, enhance your understanding of state and nationwide coverage making, and journey the nation to satisfy farmers from different states.

IPLA goals to equip you with the talents to assist lead the pork business at the moment and tomorrow. Purposes for the 2023 IPLA class are due Nov. 30, 2022.

The instruments IPLA individuals will acquire within the 2023 program are:

·        a working data of the Iowa Pork Producers Affiliation and different key organizations that work with IPPA to broaden views and construct coalitions;

Additionally, Plymouth County – Trevor Harson, Hinton, and Colin Schroeder, Le Mars; Polk County – Eleanor Korum, Des Moines, and Katie Tapper, Urbandale; and Story County – Jeb Gent, Ames, and Stacie Matchan, Gilbert.
