Iowa Concludes Badger Invitational
VERONA, Wis. — The College of Iowa girls’s golf crew tied for tenth on the Badger Invitational, which concluded Tuesday on the College of Wisconsin College Ridge Golf Course. The Hawkeyes shot a remaining spherical 302, bringing their 54-hole complete to 904 (298-304-302).
Iowa completed 10 strokes higher than they did on the 2021 Badger Invitational.
Freshman Shannyn Vogler paced the crew, capturing a two-over par 74 over her remaining 18 holes. The Moline, Illinois, native tallied the primary high 20 end of her profession, tying for sixteenth place with a three-over par 219 following rounds of 73-72-74. Vogler had seven birdies within the event.
Sophomore Paula Miranda fired a 77 on Tuesday to complete with a 225 complete (73-75-77). She completed in a tie for thirty seventh. Freshman Madison Dabagia tied Vogler for the very best spherical of the day along with her 74. She positioned 57th total with a 233 (81-78-74).
Nebraska claimed the crew title with a one-under par 863. Rutgers’ Leigha Devine was the medalist with a seven-under par 209. She shot a remaining spherical 68.

“Shannyn was very regular this week, nice mentality and stable play from tee to inexperienced. General not our greatest this week however the effort was there all over the spherical immediately. Madison made a giant come again and made 5 birdies late in her spherical which was good to see. We’ve got to scrub up the massive numbers for us to be a aggressive crew”
