Iowa boys high school golf tournament Day 1 recap of Class 3A, 2A, 1A
The primary day of the 2022 boys golf state championships is formally within the books.

Hudson, Dyersville Beckman tied for staff lead in Class 2A
A robust again 9 gave Des Moines Christian’s Jake Weissenburger a two-shot lead on the Class 2A state golf meet at Coldwater Golf Hyperlinks on Monday.
Weissenburger collected 4 birdies over his remaining six holes to complete with a 2-under 69, good for a two-shot lead getting into Tuesday’s remaining spherical. The senior completed with 5 whole birdies to counter a bogey on No. 8 and a double on No. 9.
