Hawkeyes Fall to Buckeyes in Series Finale

IOWA CITY, Iowa — The College of Iowa softball staff was defeated by Ohio State, 10-5, within the sequence finale on Sunday at Pearl Area.

Freshman Devyn Greer obtained the beginning for the Hawkeyes throwing one third of an inning. Sophomore Denali Loecker threw 3 and two-thirds of reduction. Freshman Katherine Serna got here in and threw three innings of scoreless work whereas hanging out 4 because the Hawkeyes tried to mount a comeback.

Two Hawkeyes reached base in all 4 plate appearances. Junior Nia Carter was 4-for-4 with an RBI, whereas sophomore Brylee Klosterman was 3-for-3 with a stroll.
