Drunk driver nearly hits children, man arrested in Iowa

ELLIOTT, IOWA (WOWT) – A person was arrested Sunday night in Montgomery County, Iowa after allegedly hitting two youngsters and an grownup girl whereas drunk.

The sheriff’s workplace reviews that Caleb L. Walter, 29, was driving erratically when it occurred round 7:30 p.m. at Elm and Most important Road in Elliott.

Responding deputies have been advised on the way in which that two males have been preventing after some form of altercation.

They arrested Walter and booked him for OWI first offense which is a severe misdemeanor and disorderly conduct.

He has since been launched on bond.
