Eldridge has been on the Hawkeyes’ employees the previous six seasons, serving as this system’s video coordinator from 2017-19 and director of recruiting and participant improvement the final three years.

“I’ve had a relationship with Courtney for a very long time,” mentioned McCaffery. “He performed for me at UNCG, has been on my employees, and has an important relationship with our gamers. He’s a tireless employee, who has great character and expertise that may profit our program.”

Eldridge performed basketball at UNC Greensboro (UNCG) from 1998-2002 below McCaffery, adopted by a 12-year skilled profession in Brazil, Poland, Italy, Belarus, Turkey, and the Dominican Republic. He was a highschool boys basketball coach at East Boston Excessive Faculty and Saint Joseph Prep Faculty in Brighton, Mass.
